Brew Method: Cold brew.
When we think cold brew, we think of something light, refreshing, and with a whole lot of balance. This blend really delivers on that. We had this funky co-fermented mandarin coffee and thought it would make a banging cold brew—it’s citrusy, vibrant, and adds a really unique twist. We wanted to make sure the brew was light and bright, but still felt well balanced, so we added Colombia Citric Washed to dial up the citrus flavours, and Honduras FTO Natural brings notes chocolate to the mix.
