Toro - Spanish for bull. Toasted coconut rough and treacle on the front, raspberry acidity right behind, finishing on coconut that hangs around for a while. The kind of coffee you remember an hour later.

Built from some of the finest coffees out of Guatemala, Peru and Brazil. Bold body, sweet enough to take the edge off the intensity, made for the morning. The treacle gives it weight; the raspberry keeps it lively.

Pulls best as espresso or plunger. Has the body to stand up to milk if you want it that way, but really shines black.
