Made from Colombia Excelso beans. Toasted muesli on the nose; golden syrup, butter, rolled oats and a hint of dried fruit in the cup. Yeah, it really does taste like a good breakfast in a mug.

Excelso grade means the beans have been screened for size and density, bigger beans, more even roast, more predictable cup. Reliable in a way Colombian coffee should be.

Built for filter and plunger; that's where the sweetness sits. Espresso works but it's a different drink, heavier, less fruity. Pairs well with toast, but you knew that.
