Colombian beans decaffeinated using the sugar cane process, which keeps more of the bean's character intact than the older solvent methods do. You can actually taste it's coffee, not "decaf".

Caramel, malt, a citrus zest lift. Medium-dark roast, gentle sweetness, all the things you'd expect from a good cup of coffee. Just without the 3pm crash, the late-night palpitations, or the morning withdrawal.

Drinkable anytime. Especially in the afternoon, after dinner, or when you've already had three this morning and need a fourth that won't keep you up. For pregnancy, prescriptions, or just preference.
