The Kony S Electronic is Mazzer's flagship commercial conical burr grinder. 63mm conical burrs, electronic dosing, single-dose capable. Conical burrs run cooler and quieter than flat burrs under sustained volume.
For cafés that prioritise lower heat during grinding or are working with more delicate coffees that benefit from cooler extraction.
