ROASTERS' CUP - Whiskey Barrel
Select your preferred coffee grind and size
A little unconventional. Very delicious.
This Colombian Caturra Bourbon has taken the scenic route to your cup.
The coffee cherries are fermented with whiskey before being aged in used whiskey barrels for 30 days, slowly picking up layers of warmth and character along the way.
The result? A seriously interesting cup with vanilla, almond liqueur and toffee flavours, a sweet and creamy body, and a lingering finish that keeps things interesting.
Grown at La Loma Farm in Huila, Colombia, by producer Rodrigo Sánchez, this is a coffee born from generations of know-how and a willingness to experiment.
Try it hot through filter, or let it shine over ice as a cold brew.
