The Spluga is Rocket's professional espresso grinder. 65mm flat burrs and a 480W motor grinding at up to 3.3 grams per second. Timed dosing is programmable to a tenth of a second through the 3.5 inch touchscreen, with three saved doses plus fully manual grinding. 500g hopper, quick-release grind adjustment, and a locking fork that holds the portafilter for hands-free grinding.
